Mid-level associate role in a national structured finance group focused on residential mortgage finance and consumer-finance securitizations. The team handles securitizations, lending and related structured finance matters across a range of consumer asset types.

Candidates should bring strong, hands-on deal experience drafting and negotiating offering documents, loan and servicing agreements, pooling and servicing agreements, and related securitization documentation. New York is the preferred location, but applicants in other firm offices will be considered.

Applicants must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location. The hiring team welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

3–6 years' experience at a law firm in structured finance, securitization, RMBS or consumer lending finance
Demonstrated drafting and transaction experience with securitization and loan-transaction documents
Familiarity with a range of asset types and structured finance structures preferred
Strong negotiation, commercial judgment and teamwork skills
Admission to the relevant state bar for the preferred office
