Join a large, full‑service Australian law practice in Sydney as an Associate in its Banking & Finance / structured finance team. The role involves working on a broad range of structured finance matters — including securitisation, derivatives, warehouse and receivables financing, covered bonds, structured lending and other asset‑backed transactions on both domestic and cross‑border mandates.

You will be part of a collaborative national team advising banks, non‑bank lenders, investment banks, funds and corporates on complex capital markets debt and bespoke structured solutions. The team uses modern legal‑technology tools, including in‑house and external AI solutions, to drive efficiency and deliver high‑quality client work.

2–4 years post‑qualification experience in structured finance, securitisation or capital markets at a reputable commercial or professional services firm
Strong technical drafting and communication skills and a desire to develop further
Ability to own tasks and workstreams with appropriate supervision and a client‑focused approach
Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to the practice
