Well-regarded national law firm is seeking a Finance associate for its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on structured finance and securitization matters, supporting a busy lending practice.

Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex lending documents (for example, warehouse credit agreements), managing aspects of multiple transactions simultaneously, and coordinating with internal teams across matters. The team handles sophisticated financings for institutional clients.

2–3 yearsʼ post-qualification experience in finance, with structured finance/securitizations preferred
Experience drafting and negotiating complex lending and credit documentation (e.g., warehouse agreements)

Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced practice
