Leading New York finance team seeks an associate to join its structured and specialty finance group. The role focuses on secured balance-sheet financings, asset-backed and receivables financings, and bond transactions.

Ideal candidates will have experience at a peer law firm and comfortable representing borrowers, lenders, or both across negotiated credit agreements, pledge and security documentation, indentures and note purchase agreements, and related disclosure materials.

JD (2018–2022) and admission to a U.S. bar.
Prior finance experience at a law firm, with exposure to receivables financing, asset-based financing and/or structured finance.
Direct experience negotiating secured balance-sheet financings and related pledge/security documentation.
Experience with bond transactions (indentures, note purchase agreements) and drafting disclosure documents.
