Join a market-leading fund finance practice advising banks, fund managers and sponsors on a broad range of financings, including capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest and SMA facilities across private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure funds.

The team seeks an Associate or Supervising Associate based in London. You will work on both lender and borrower-side matters, drafting and negotiating facility documentation and advising on fund structures and partnership arrangements as part of a collaborative, international practice.

This role offers exposure to high-profile fund finance work, formal learning and development, and a hybrid working model with regular in-office days.

1–5 years' post-qualification experience in fund finance (capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest, SMA)
Experience advising either lenders or sponsors/borrowers; experience on both sides preferred
Familiarity with fund structures and partnership documents
Excellent academics, strong technical drafting skills and commercial awareness
Client-focused, willing to contribute to business development and work effectively in diverse teams
