Associate — Supreme Court & Appellate, New York

Join a national appellate practice advising on high-stakes Supreme Court and federal/state appellate matters. The team handles certiorari petitions, merits and amicus briefs, and complex appeals across a range of industries and regulatory contexts.

Work will include drafting appellate briefs, briefing and arguing dispositive motions in lower courts, and collaborating closely with trial teams to preserve and frame issues for appeal. The role offers exposure to precedent-setting matters and mentorship from experienced appellate litigators.

• Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.
• Appellate clerkship required; candidates with significant appellate litigation experience in firm or government settings will be considered.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills; strong appellate brief-writing background.
• Comfort working on high‑stakes matters and collaborating with trial teams.
