Associate — Tax Controversy & Litigation, Atlanta

Leading international law firm office in Atlanta seeks a 3–5 year associate to join its Tax Controversy & Litigation practice. The role focuses on sophisticated federal and state tax disputes for corporate clients, including valuation and transfer pricing matters.

The associate will work on contested tax proceedings and assist other practice groups on tax implications of transactional and litigation matters. Ideal candidates combine solid technical tax knowledge with strong advocacy and litigation interest.

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in tax (tax controversy, litigation or related advisory work)
• Demonstrated interest or experience in litigation and contested tax matters
• Strong technical tax skills, research and writing abilities
