Growing tax group in a leading international law firm is seeking associates (class years 2019–2025) to join its Dallas office. The team advises on complex transactional tax matters across private equity, fund formation, energy, real estate and capital markets.

Associates will work on technical tax research and drafting, collaborate with deal teams on strategic M&A and fund matters, and have opportunities for client-facing responsibility and public speaking at conferences. The role emphasizes creative problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.

J.D. (class years 2019–2025 preferred)
Transactional tax experience (e.g., private equity M&A, fund formation, capital markets, energy taxation, or REIT/real estate tax)
Excellent research, writing and oral communication skills
Top academic credentials and strong analytical ability
Enthusiasm for client interaction and public speaking
