International law firm seeks a tax associate to join its German tax team in Düsseldorf (also possible in Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich). You will advise on corporate tax matters, national and cross-border tax planning, restructurings and reorganisations, and support tax aspects of M&A, private equity and real estate transactions.

Role includes advising investment managers and funds, family offices and private clients on tax-efficient structures, as well as representing clients in tax authority and tax court proceedings. You will work on complex, often international mandates in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong training and development opportunities.

German law degree with above‑average results
Excellent written and spoken English
Interest and/or experience in corporate tax, transaction tax and fund/asset‑management tax matters
Commercial mindset, legal creativity and ability to work in international teams
