Top-tier tax group is seeking a junior associate to join its Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on tax aspects of compensation arrangements, employee benefits, and related corporate transactions.

Work involves advising on incentive and equity plans, tax and securities compliance for compensation arrangements, and cross‑border or multi‑jurisdictional considerations in collaboration with broader transactional and benefits teams.

Minimum 2 years of benefits & compensation tax experience (PQE)
Solid knowledge of executive compensation, equity/incentive plan design and tax consequences
Familiarity with securities, tax and employee benefits rules (ERISA/Code) and related compliance
Strong drafting, analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively on cross‑office matters
