International law firm is seeking a Tax Associate for its Frankfurt office to join a multidisciplinary tax team advising on domestic and cross-border corporate matters. You will work on tax aspects of acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and group reorganisations, and support clients on strategic tax planning.

The role offers exposure to complex national and international corporate tax issues, involvement in management incentive and employee participation schemes, and regular client contact within a collaborative team. Hybrid working and structured professional development are provided.

Law degree with completed Referendariat and strong exam results
Very good English skills, confidently used in daily work
Several years' practical experience in tax law, ideally gained at an international law firm
Tax advisor qualification desirable
Structured working style, commercial awareness and strong communication skills
