Associate, Tax (London)

Mid-level tax associate role in a busy London tax team within a corporate practice. The team advises on domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial tax matters, with strengths across real estate, funds, M&A and infrastructure work.

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working. Responsibilities include advising corporate clients on tax issues, drafting structure papers and advice notes, negotiating tax provisions in transactional documentation, and managing transactions and client relationships.

• 2-5 years' post-qualification experience (mid-level tax associate)
• Experience advising on domestic and cross-border corporate/commercial tax matters, including transactional work
• Strong legal drafting, technical analysis and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters, work collaboratively and contribute to business development
