Opportunity for a corporate tax lawyer to join a well-established UK practice with offices across multiple cities. The role sits within a transactional tax team advising corporate clients on a range of deals and restructurings.

The role is open to candidates across several UK offices (Bristol, Leeds, London, Newcastle, Southampton). You will work on cross-office matters, collaborating with corporate teams to provide tax-driven commercial advice.

• Qualified lawyer or tax adviser (UK-qualified or equivalent)
• Practical experience advising on corporate/transactional tax matters
• Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills; comfortable with multi-office collaboration
