Experienced tax associate with a focus on M&A and cross-border transactions sought for a busy Frankfurt office of a leading international firm. The role involves advising national and multinational clients on complex tax aspects of acquisitions, restructurings and inbound/outbound investments, with regular interaction across corporate, finance and compliance teams.

You will draft and implement tax-efficient deal structures, support negotiations, manage filings and disputes with tax authorities and courts, and collaborate on cross-border projects across practices. Degree in economics, business law or equivalent with strong academic record
Some practical experience in tax advisory or in a tax practice at a law, accounting or consulting firm preferred
Completed or near-completion of tax advisor qualification advantageous
Analytical mindset, commercial awareness, strong teamwork and client-facing skills; fluent German and very good English
