Leading German practice is looking to add a lawyer to its Munich tax team with a focus on M&A transactions. The role sits at the intersection of corporate and tax work and will involve structuring, cross-border tax advice and transactional support for buyers and sellers.

The team advises on complex deals and routine corporate reorganisations for domestic and international clients. The post offers exposure to transactional mandates, close collaboration with corporate colleagues and opportunities to develop specialist tax-M&A experience.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent with relevant tax credentials
Practical experience in tax law with exposure to M&A or transactional work
Strong academic background and analytical skills
Fluent German; business-level English
Team-player with client-facing experience and commercial awareness
