Seeking associates (class years 2019–2022) to join a busy New York tax practice. The role involves substantive tax work across strategic and private equity M&A, capital markets transactions (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and select real estate matters.

Successful candidates will work closely with deal teams and clients, handle technical tax research and drafting, and be encouraged to present at conferences and participate in business‑facing opportunities. The group emphasizes collaborative, in‑office interaction and strong interpersonal skills.

Law school class years 2019–2022 (J.D. required)
Solid technical tax research and writing ability
Experience on strategic/private equity M&A, capital markets, fund formation and/or real estate transactions
Top academic credentials and strong analytical skills
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; interest in client interaction and public speaking
