Associate — Tax (New York)

Well-regarded international tax practice is seeking a lateral associate to join its New York team. The group advises on tax planning and structuring for complex corporate transactions and works closely with M&A, capital markets and financial services teams.

Ideal candidates will join a busy, collaborative team that provides ongoing advice throughout deal lifecycles and across offices. This role is for experienced lawyers; current law students are not eligible.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a law-firm tax practice
• Demonstrated experience advising on corporate tax matters and structuring
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border and multi-practice matters
