Seeking associates (law school class years 2020–2023) to join a busy tax practice in Palo Alto. The group advises on a range of transactional and tax-structuring matters across strategic and private equity M&A, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and real estate/REIT-related work.

Successful candidates will work on technically sophisticated tax issues, drafting and research, and will have regular client-facing responsibilities. The team values strong oral advocacy, public speaking, and collaborative in-office interaction.

Law school class years 2020–2023 (JD required)
Top academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
Experience or coursework related to M&A, capital markets, fund formation, or real estate/REIT matters preferred
Strong analytical and oral communication skills; comfortable with client interaction and public speaking
Enthusiastic about collaborative, in-office teamwork
