International law firm seeks a Spanish-qualified Tax Associate to join its Tax team. The role offers broad exposure across Spanish and cross-border tax matters, with a focus on transactional tax work and collaboration with corporate colleagues on M&A, restructurings and due diligence.

The team advises domestic and international clients on corporate income tax, VAT, audits and administrative proceedings, and provides tax opinions, memoranda and transactional documentation. The position involves working with cross-border teams and contributing to knowledge-sharing and business development.

Spanish law degree and Spanish qualification
2 - 4 years post-qualification experience in tax (transactional tax experience strongly preferred)
Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent written and spoken English; effective communicator
Team player with ability to take responsibility for key elements of transactions; international experience advantageous
Tax LLM or business/economics degree advantageous
