A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join its Madrid office. The role sits within the Corporate/M&A practice and focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will work primarily on share and business acquisitions, cross-border investments, reorganizations, joint ventures and strategic alliances, advising international and domestic clients on complex mandates.

Degree in Law; additional studies in Economics and/or Business will be valued
Qualification to practice in Spain
3–4 years of PQE at a top-tier national or international law firm, specializing in M&A and Private Equity
Excellent English; additional languages (particularly French or German) a plus
Experience working with clients on international matters, with strong coordination and teamwork skills
