An international law firm is seeking a Real Estate lawyer to join its Madrid team. The role focuses on the full range of real estate-related transactions across all asset classes, including operational real estate.

The team advises leading industry participants — including sovereign wealth funds, global asset managers, private equity houses, institutional developers, lenders, and corporates — combining global reach with local market depth to deliver complex, cross-border transactions.

Working within a market-leading real estate practice that includes construction, environmental, and regulatory specialists, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the firm's tax, finance, funds, and capital markets practices to provide fully integrated advice at every stage of a transaction.

Around three to six years' relevant experience as a Real Estate lawyer.
A Spanish degree and master's in Law, with an excellent academic record.
Excellent written and spoken Spanish; fluency in English.
Strong legal, entrepreneurial, and communication skills, with a commitment to high-quality work.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents and managing due diligence processes.
Ability to draft clear, precise, and high-quality legal documents.
Experience coordinating complex cross-border transactions and working across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
