International firm with a significant Spain practice is seeking a Finance lawyer with 3–4 years' post-qualification experience to join its national Finance team. The role will cover a broad range of financing transactions including corporate and acquisition finance, structured and project finance, and real estate finance.

Preferred locations are Madrid or Barcelona, with flexibility to work from other Spanish offices as part of a single national team. The successful candidate will lead or support matters according to team strategy, conduct detailed legal analysis, draft technical documentation, and liaise with clients and senior lawyers.

3–4 years' PQE in finance transactions (corporate, acquisition, structured/project or real estate finance)
Strong academic record
Excellent written and spoken English
Demonstrable teamwork, problem-solving skills and a dynamic, long-term mindset
International outlook, adaptability and comfort working in a digitally driven, multidisciplinary environment
