Associates gain exposure to a broad range of work, with scope to develop deep sector expertise and access to structured training and development programmes.

This role is ideal for a driven corporate lawyer with strong technical skills and a hands-on, flexible approach to client service.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
Around 3–5 years’ PQE in the corporate department of a City, international, or leading regional firm
Proven technical legal skills in corporate transactions; experience or interest in one of the firm’s key industry sectors is beneficial but not essential
Ability to operate autonomously and deliver high-quality client service
