Experienced banking & finance associate role within a global, sector-focused practice based in Madrid. The team advises on a range of cross-border and domestic banking matters, with particular sector expertise in energy, transport and infrastructure.

This is a permanent position where you will work on complex financing transactions alongside international teams, supporting deal execution, client interaction and documentation. The organisation promotes flexible working and offers a competitive benefits and wellbeing package.

4–7 years' PQE in banking & finance (transactional focus)
Proven experience on lending transactions (syndicated loans, project finance or similar)
Strong drafting and commercial legal skills; comfortable managing aspects of deal execution
Ability to work effectively on cross-border matters and as part of international teams
