Leading German law firm office in Stuttgart is seeking an associate to join a well-established tax practice. The team advises domestic and international investors, banks, corporates and public-sector clients across the full spectrum of tax law.

The role covers cross-border and domestic tax matters including restructurings, international tax, succession planning, tax compliance and tax aspects of M&A and transactions. You will work on complex, high-profile mandates and have opportunities for international secondments within the firm’s global network.

Law degree with at least fully satisfactory state exam results
Practical experience in tax law preferred (judicial/firm or in-house)
Fluent English; international experience preferred
Additional qualifications such as LL.M. or a doctorate are an advantage
Strategic thinker, solution-focused, team player with initiative and responsibility
