Join a market-leading technology and IP disputes team in London advising on a broad mix of litigation, arbitration and ADR across technology, AI, data and software-related disputes. The role combines contentious work on contractual disputes arising from IT projects and software licensing with claims involving confidential information, trade secrets, misuse of data and related IP issues.

You will work on cross-border and domestic matters for a range of clients from large corporates to innovative start-ups, and will be expected to contribute to client service, business development and the wider innovation-focused practice group.

3–5 years PQE in commercial/technology litigation, IT disputes or tech-focused disputes in private practice
Solid grounding in contractual IT disputes; familiarity with software licensing, outsourcing, AI/data issues, and related IP (software copyright, trade secrets) desirable
Excellent drafting, advocacy and client-care skills; ability to manage a varied caseload and work as part of a team
Commercial mindset, resilience under pressure and appetite for business development
