Join a technology-focused transactions team advising high-growth and emerging companies and their investors. The group handles venture financings, private offerings and M&A across growth-stage technology sectors, working with clients from early rounds through exit.

This role is based in the San Francisco office and offers exposure to a high-volume, tech-driven practice with mentoring, formal training programs and cross-office collaboration across the firm’s U.S. technology platform.

The team seeks a motivated associate who enjoys deal work for startups and venture investors, drafting and negotiating transactional documents and managing client relationships in fast-paced matters.

2–3 years of transactional experience at a major law firm, with focus on venture financings, private offerings or emerging-company work
Strong legal writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Admission to the state bar of the office location (California bar for San Francisco office)
Ability to manage deal workflows and collaborate across offices and practice groups
