Associate — Technology Companies M&A, New York

A leading technology transactions team in New York is seeking a mid‑level M&A associate to support and lead components of corporate deals for technology companies. The role emphasizes both collaborative teamwork on complex transactions and independent ownership of discrete deal elements.

The ideal candidate will have experience on mergers and acquisitions for early‑ and late‑stage technology businesses and familiarity representing venture capital investor clients. The team values proactive practitioners with strong commercial judgment who can manage relationships with internal teams, outside counsel and clients.

Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding academic credentials. California bar admission (or prompt eligibility to obtain admission) is required.
