Approximately 6 years' post-qualification experience in technology transactions/commercial contracting (law-firm experience preferred)
Substantive experience with blockchain/cryptocurrency matters
Barred/admitted to practice in the hiring jurisdiction
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills; M&A experience in the crypto space a plus
Client-service orientation, discretion with confidential information, and ability to work to tight deadlines
Familiarity with AI legal tools and modern practice technologies; excellent written and verbal communication
