Join a leading international litigation team in a full-time, permanent associate role based in Berlin (with opportunities across other German offices and flexible hybrid working). The position focuses on advising and representing technology companies on data-protection, IT and digital media matters.

Your work will include running complex national and cross-border civil and arbitral proceedings, supporting international process and crisis management, and helping design global process and communications strategies. You will also work closely with compliance/investigations and public-law specialists on regulatory and multi-disciplinary matters.

The team offers early courtroom exposure, a broad variety of technical and regulatory issues, and structured training and development within an interdisciplinary, cross-office practice.

German legal degree with above‑average results
Strong English skills (written and verbal)
Interest in technology, data‑protection and complex multi‑jurisdictional disputes
Analytical, commercially minded and able to work well in interdisciplinary teams
