• JD from an accredited law school and completion of a federal or state judicial clerkship
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to waive/obtain admission
• Interest or some experience in emerging growth/startup matters, technology transactions, or corporate work
• Strong drafting, research and transactional skills; able to manage client-facing responsibilities and collaborate on deal teams
