Join a national Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) transactional team advising on a broad range of technology and data-focused commercial work. This role is open in multiple UK offices (Edinburgh or Glasgow) and suits a qualified lawyer with early PQE seeking varied exposure to both routine commercial matters and large-scale transformation projects.

You'll work on SaaS, outsourcing, collaboration and other commercial technology agreements, support digital and AI implementation projects, and collaborate with colleagues across regulatory, employment and competition teams. The role offers early responsibility, client contact and opportunities to contribute to business development within an integrated, cross-office practice.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent in the UK with 0–4 years PQE
Practical experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology agreements (SaaS, outsourcing, collaboration)
Knowledge of data protection/privacy and working on technology arrangements in regulated sectors
Strong commercial awareness, drafting skills and ability to work collaboratively on cross-discipline matters
