Senior risk lawyer role within a national firm’s Risk & Compliance team. The role supports partnership governance, client engagement terms, supplier and framework agreements, periodic policy reviews and stakeholder engagement across multiple UK offices. Hybrid working is offered and full- or part-time arrangements will be considered.

The role provides regulatory and operational advice on professional conduct and regulator requirements (including SRA and equivalent jurisdictional rules), supporting internal teams on risk, data protection and compliance matters. You will work collaboratively with lawyers and technical specialists across offices to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.

Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE, with experience in risk management within a law firm environment
Experience reviewing and advising on client engagement terms, supplier agreements and partnership/governance documentation
Knowledge of SRA Standards & Regulations and equivalent regulator rules across UK jurisdictions
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and support development of junior team members; flexible on full- or part-time working
