The team provides integrated advice across corporate, tax, employment, dispute resolution, finance and regulatory matters, offering exposure to scheme governance, compliance, funding arrangements, SIPP/SSAS work and pensions aspects of transactions.
The post is primarily based in Glasgow, with candidates in Edinburgh considered if able to attend the Glasgow office as required. The role offers a collaborative environment and structured support for professional development.
- Qualified solicitor with experience in UK pensions law
- Strong drafting and written communication skills
- Commercial mindset with an ability to align legal advice to client business objectives
- Proven ability to build client relationships and work collaboratively across teams
