A senior associate role within a market-leading Financial Regulation & Disputes team based in Bristol. The team handles high-value and complex financial services litigation and regulatory disputes for a broad range of banking and payments-sector clients.

You will run a varied contentious caseload, provide strategic and commercially-focused advice, supervise more junior fee-earners, and contribute to business development and know-how initiatives. The role offers clear career development within a collaborative, specialist disputes practice.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered); typically 4-6 PQE
Proven litigation experience running own caseload and strong working knowledge of the CPR and litigation procedures
Experience of financial services, banking or commercial litigation preferred; transferable experience from insurance, property or general commercial disputes considered
Demonstrable supervisory/line-management experience and strong written, analytical and organisational skills
Commercial awareness with enthusiasm for business development and client relationship management
