Real Estate Litigation Associate — Bristol

Experienced real estate litigation lawyers (0–4 years PQE) are invited to join a busy, collaborative disputes team based in Bristol advising on matters across England & Wales. The team handles complex commercial and residential property disputes, using litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

You'll work on high-quality, high-value instructions for a broad client base and collaborate with non-contentious real estate and wider disputes specialists. The role offers hybrid working and flexible full- or part-time arrangements.

• Qualified solicitor (SRA) or solicitor/advocate registered with the Law Society of Scotland
• 0–4 years PQE in real estate disputes or commercial property litigation
• Experience of contested litigation, mediations and/or arbitration in property matters
• Strong teamwork, client-facing and prioritisation skills; able to manage a varied caseload autonomously
