A well-established national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Financial Services Disputes team on a hybrid working basis. This role would suit a junior qualified lawyer with at least 1 year of PQE, and is open across multiple office locations.

The team is one of the largest dedicated financial services litigation practices in the UK, comprising over 150 people nationally, advising major UK banks, international and challenger banks, and fintechs on the full spectrum of contentious issues relating to commercial, business and consumer finance, including dispute resolution, pre-litigation management and alternative dispute resolution.

You will run a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients, provide strategic and commercial legal advice alongside senior team members, and contribute to business development while collaborating with colleagues across the firm's national offices.

Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE
Experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills

Ambitious, collaborative team player able to support senior fee earners
