A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its market-leading Commercial Dispute Resolution team on a permanent, full-time, hybrid basis. The role is part of a national service line and can be based in one of two major UK cities.

The team is expanding to handle increasingly significant and complex instructions, and this position offers the opportunity to work closely with a directory-recognised partner. You will manage your own varied caseload across commercial disputes, including litigation, arbitration and mediation, with a particular focus on technology, procurement and public sector matters.

You will contribute to the growth and reputation of the practice, support business development and networking initiatives, and help develop more junior team members. The firm offers tailored training, strong progression prospects and a collaborative culture.

Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), ideally 4-6 PQE
Proven commercial dispute resolution background with solid knowledge of litigation principles
Experience of technology, procurement or public sector disputes is desirable but not essential
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
Commercially aware with some exposure to business development and client relationship management
Collaborative and self-motivated, with an interest in supporting junior colleagues
