A growing Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team is seeking a Junior Associate to handle all aspects of multi-track claims, including liability investigations, policy coverage and quantum assessments. The role offers a varied caseload spanning motor, employers' and public liability, and indemnity matters.

You will work on high-value, large-loss files, with senior lawyers delegating complex aspects of cases and providing strong opportunities to build technical expertise and client relationships. As your experience grows, you may take the lead on lower-value large-loss cases.

The team acts primarily for insurers and self-insured commercial organisations, so a strong focus on client service and reporting standards is essential. NQ–2 PQE with experience in personal injury litigation.
Experience in defendant litigation is preferred; relevant transferable claimant-side skills will also be considered.
A determined, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced team.
Interest in complex legal issues and commitment to developing technical knowledge.
Strong focus on delivering professional client service and meeting SLA and MI requirements.
Confident drafting, file management and client reporting skills.
