Mid-level associate opportunity in a nationally recognized technology transactions practice. The team advises technology, digital media and consumer technology companies on complex IP-driven commercial agreements, licensing and M&A-related IP issues across early-stage and public-company matters.

Successful candidates will work closely with corporate colleagues on a broad range of commercial and intellectual property aspects of technology deals, supporting both transactional matters and cross-border matters. Hybrid working expected per office policy.

3+ years of law firm experience in technology transactions, licensing, or related IP transactional work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial and IP agreements
Experience advising on IP aspects of M&A and corporate transactions a plus
Barred or immediately eligible to bar/waive in the state of the hiring office
Excellent academic record and strong written and interpersonal communication skills
