Mid-level Associate sought for a 6-month fixed-term contract to join a London-based technology transactions team. You will work on a range of tech and telecoms-focused commercial matters, including SaaS/cloud agreements, AI-related contracting, outsourcings, software licensing and development, and system implementation projects.

Mid-level associate with demonstrable experience on commercial technology projects (cloud/SaaS, outsourcing, software development & implementation, telecoms).
Strong understanding of technology contract issues: warranties, indemnities/liability, SLAs, transition & exit arrangements, change control and software escrow.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage transactions and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑border teams and to balance remote and office-based work effectively.
