Seeking an associate (law school class years 2020–2023) to join a busy Technology Transactions practice in New York. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial technology agreements.

Work includes commercial contracts such as data center agreements, supply agreements, logistics and distribution contracts, and contract manufacturing arrangements. You will support cross-functional teams and counsel clients across technology-driven commercial matters.

JD from an accredited law school; admitted or eligible for admission in New York
Law school class years 2020–2023
Experience advising on commercial technology contracts (data center, supply, distribution, contract manufacturing or similar)
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-service skills; able to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
