Associate — Toxic Tort & Environmental, Costa Mesa

Established national firm with a major Orange County office seeks an associate to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental practice in Costa Mesa. The role focuses on all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation across state, federal, and administrative forums.

Typical responsibilities include case management, discovery and motion practice, taking and defending depositions, hearings, and support for trial and arbitration work. The team represents a broad client base including corporations, municipal entities, and insurers on environmental and mass-tort matters.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, ideally including toxic tort and environmental matters
• Admission to the California Bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial/hearing support
