Busy, national government & regulatory practice is seeking an associate to join its Trade Remedies group, with a preferred placement in the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, handling both investigations and administrative reviews.

Work will include building administrative records, developing legal arguments, and litigating matters before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Associates also advise clients on trade policy and compliance issues across related statutes.

The firm supports a hybrid work approach with an expectation of regular in-office collaboration several days per week, while offering flexibility and a comprehensive attorney compensation and benefits package.

  • J.D. and admission to practice in the United States.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience handling antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission (private practice or government experience).
  • Experience building administrative records and developing legal arguments for agency proceedings and related litigation (U.S. Court of International Trade and Federal Circuit).
  • Ability to advise on trade policy and compliance across related statutes.
