Senior junior associate role in a busy Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice based in Seattle. The team advises clients across the brand lifecycle — clearance, prosecution, counseling and enforcement — for both U.S. and international matters.

The role offers work on trademark prosecution and enforcement, domain name disputes and online advertising matters, with opportunities to handle copyright counseling and filings. The team serves a range of clients from startups to large enterprises in a collaborative, firm-supported environment.

2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in trademark/brand work
Experience with U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement
Familiarity with TTAB and UDRP/domain dispute proceedings and copyright filing/prosecution strongly preferred
Excellent legal writing, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams; large-firm background preferred
