Growing intellectual property team in New York is seeking an Associate to support global trademark prosecution and enforcement. The role focuses on clearance work, office action responses and related filings, oppositions/cancellations, and infringement matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The associate will work with senior attorneys to conduct client interviews, provide legal guidance, draft prosecution and enforcement documents, and monitor third‑party use of marks worldwide. The position also involves coordinating cross‑border filings and working with online platforms on takedown and IP‑policy matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in New York
Experience in trademark prosecution and clearance, including office action responses and filings
Familiarity with opposition/cancellation practice and trademark enforcement strategies
Comfort handling cross‑border matters and coordinating with foreign counsel
Strong drafting, research, and client‑facing communication skills; experience with online takedown/platform policies a plus
