Seeking a Traditional Labor Law Associate to join a national labor & employment team in the Orange County office. The role focuses on representing employers in all aspects of traditional labor relations and advising on California and federal workplace law.

Typical responsibilities include handling NLRB matters and elections, advising on union organizing and corporate campaigns, negotiating and counseling on collective bargaining agreements, managing grievances/arbitrations, providing wage-and-hour and leave guidance, reviewing policies and compensation plans, and delivering management training.

  • JD from an ABA‑accredited law school
  • 4–6 years' post‑qualification experience in litigation and/or employment advice work
  • Experience in traditional labor relations (NLRB matters, collective bargaining) preferred
  • Knowledge of California and federal employment laws, including wage & hour and leave laws
  • Active California bar admission
  • Strong research, writing, communication and project management skills; attention to detail
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
