Mid-level transactional IP associate role in a large London practice focusing on IP-rich corporate work. You will sit within an established IP team and provide day-to-day and strategic IP advice on transactions including M&A, investments, joint ventures, collaborations, licensing and financings.

Work will cover the full range of IPRs—in particular patents, trade marks, designs and copyright—and will include IP due diligence, advising on IP aspects of SPAs/APAs and supporting broader corporate teams. The role offers exposure to cross-office teams and opportunities to contribute to practice development.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 3–5 years PQE in transactional IP work
Strong technical knowledge of IP across patents, trade marks, designs and copyright
Proven experience conducting IP due diligence and advising on IP aspects of M&A (SPAs/APAs) and other transactional documentation
Excellent academic credentials, commercial awareness and ability to work collaboratively with corporate teams
