Associate, Transactional Tax — Hamburg

Senior associate role within a global transactional tax practice based in Hamburg. The team advises on tax issues arising in cross-border and domestic transactions for corporate, private equity and financial institution clients.

The role involves structuring and tax advice on M&A, financings and other commercial transactions, collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions and developing practical, commercial solutions for clients.

• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in transactional tax
• Experience advising on transactional tax matters (eg. M&A, financings, restructurings)
• Strong technical tax skills with commercial awareness and excellent drafting/communication abilities
• Fluent English; German language skills advantageous
