Great opportunity for a qualified lawyer to join a well-established German practice advising high-net-worth individuals, families and closely held businesses on wealth preservation, succession planning and foundation law. The team handles cross-disciplinary estate and company succession matters, including the creation and governance of foundations and family arrangements.

The role involves drafting wills and succession instruments, structuring asset transfers, advising on intra-family company succession and supporting clients on governance and regulatory aspects of foundations. You will work with a mix of private clients and their advisors in a collaborative team setting.

German qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent
Experience in estate planning, inheritance law, foundations or company succession
Strong drafting skills and client-facing experience with private clients or family businesses
Fluent German; good English for cross-border matters
