The group advises corporations, private equity, financial institutions and emerging companies on practical tax structuring and transactional tax issues. The team emphasizes training, mentoring and collaborative work across offices.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Minimum of 1 year of law-firm experience focused on transactional tax work
Experience on M&A and other corporate transactions
Strong research, drafting and team-collaboration skills
